Check out these car insurance images: 1967 – 1975 Chevrolet Corvette C3 Convertible Image by Georg Sander The Chevrolet Corvette (C3) is a sports car produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 1968 through 1982 model years. Corvette chief Zora Arkus-Duntov wanted a striking new Corvette; although engines and chassis components were mostly carried over from the previous generation, its body and interior were new. "Though initially flawed, the 1968 like the 1958, would improve and mature into a car precisely right for its time." The so-called Shark was produced during one of the most troubled periods in America: civil unrest, burgeoning federal guidelines, fuel economy and pollution regulations, oil embargoes, rising fuel and insurance costs, runaway inflation, and a lingering recession. Through it all the third generation Corvette continued to set new sales records with an all-time high of 53,807 produced for the 1979 model year. Image by cobalt123 A composition to highlight concern over the current political discussion in the US over whether or not to "bailout" the "Big 3" car manufacturers with a "loan". All day I’ve heard the news on the radio and saw newspapers that quote lawmakers expressing support or outrage. Usually this pontificating...

The Importance of Small Business Insurance

The Importance of Small Business Insurance

by Brian Indrelunas The Importance of Small Business Insurance If you are involved in the running of a company then you will have plenty of things that you have got to be thinking about on a daily basis. You may have to think about getting stock in, meetings with suppliers or potential customers and a whole host of other things that directly impact the effective running of the company. However, one thing that you must make sure that you deal with straight from the beginning is getting yourself the correct small business insurance policy. You don’t want to go out and just choose the first option that you come across, the policy needs to meet all of your requirements so a bit of time should be spent in your search. What exactly should you be looking for though?   The policy you take out will ultimately depend on the type of business that you are running as different levels of cover may not necessarily be needed for some industries. One of the major things that you may need to get is public and employer’s liability cover. If your work is going to involve any members of the public coming to your workplace or you going to them to carry out work then this is a must. Taking this out means that you will be protected in the event of any accidents or injuries that may occur to that person. For smaller businesses a claim as a result of one of your customers being injured could be disastrous if you are not correctly covered. Likewise, if one of your employees...

A few nice car insurance quick quote images I found: 18a – Gibbons Residence – 1915 S Oxford Ave Image by Kansas Sebastian West Adams Heights “Nowadays we scarcely notice the high stone gates which mark the entrances on Hobart, Harvard, and Oxford streets, south of Washington Boulevard. For one thing, the traffic is too heavy, too swift; and then, again, the gates have been obscured by intrusions of shops and stores. At the base of the stone pillars appears the inscription “West Adams Heights.” There was a time when these entranceways were formidable and haughty, for they marked the ways to one of the first elite residential areas in Los Angeles. . . In the unplanned early-day chaos of Los Angeles, West Adams Heights was obviously something very special, an island in an ocean of bungalows—approachable, but withdrawn and reclusive—one of the few surviving examples of planned urban elegance of the turn of the century.” – Carey McWilliams, “The Evolution of Sugar Hill,” Script, March, 1949: 30. Today West Adams Heights is still obviously something special. The past sixty years, however, have not been kind. In 1963 the Santa Monica Freeway cut through the heart of West Adams Heights, dividing the neighborhood, obscuring its continuity. In the 1970’s the city paved over the red brick streets and removed the ornate street lighting. After the neighborhood’s zoning was changed to a higher density, overzealous developers claimed several mansions for apartment buildings. Despite these challenges, however, “The Heights,” as the area was once known, has managed to regain some of its former elegance. The West Adams Heights tract was laid...

Cool Insurance Car Company images

A few nice insurance car company images I found: Your Honor, People’s Exhibit A Image by PunkJr Today, after talking to Montine a few different times, along with my dad, and 4 different airline people, I was a tiny bit stressed out about her making it home. I know she’ll be able to get home, but with the airline in Peru trying to jerk them around for more money, and me not knowing quite when she’s gonna actually get here, I was a little worried. As I was trying to get home so I could call her back to give her the latest update, I was waiting for my turn to merge onto Highway 99. Unfortunately, I looked down for a split second at the wrong time and ran into the gentleman in front of me. We both pulled off to the side as not to impede traffic, I snapped a photo of the only damage done (to his car) and gave him all of my information. When I got home, I called my insurance company, got the claim number, then called Mr. Olson. I’m hoping that this isn’t too much of a hassle. He said that had he been driving his car, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but it’s his wife’s car… so… we’ll see. I’m -still- frazzled about it. Importance of Tenants Insurance for Tenants Anywhere!

by Zartiex Importance of Tenants Insurance for Tenants Anywhere! If you live in the UK and rent your own apartment, then there are a few things that you should know about living in rented places and purchasing Tenants Insurance . Almost every house in the UK is insured. The only problem is that, if something goes wrong, like a burglary or accident, your belongings will not be covered, therefore it is important for you to obtain your own Free Renters Insurance Quote. Unfortunately, if you do not, the landlord will get all the benefits and you will not be reimbursed for your losses. The laws in UK state that the properties or belongings of a renter are not to be covered by the Landlord’s House Insurance. If the beds, furniture and etc. belong to the owner of the house, then these things will be covered, but, if these things belong to you, then they will not be considered for reimbursement unless you have Tenants Insurance. This has led to the introduction of another type of insurance that takes care of a renter’s interests. Well, if you have been staying at a place for a long period of time, then you have every right to call it your home, especially as you have been paying regular rent. Thus, if something goes wrong and your goods are damaged or stolen, you should have the option of getting paid for those when you obtain Renters Insurance. This is the purpose of Tenants Insurance for Renters in UK. If you have it, you won’t have to worry about any security issues or your...
